This lovely 73-year old patient wanted a full facial rejuvenation procedure. She was unhappy with her face and neck laxity, lip ptosis, and cheek atrophy. A full face and neck lift was done with fat grafting to her cheeks. A lip lift procedure was also done to address the droop. Her gorgeous after photos were taken about 7 months after surgery!
