Very happy with my procedure! - I had been wanting my breast lifted for a very long time. I breastfeed 2 children and they were very saggy and uneven. I had talked about it for over 15 years. Surgical Technique
During chin enhancement surgery, general anesthesia or IV sedation is typically used and an incision will be made beneath your chin. Through this incision, a groove or pocket is created to secure the implant in place. Dr. Roderick Urbaniak will also reduce some of the tissue, cartilage, and bone to make grooves to hold your implant in position. The implant is then inserted through the incision and positioned over the bone, just below your bottom lip. In some cases, the incision can also be made inside the lower lip where it meets your gumline. Both incisions help to hide scars. Small stitches will then be used to close the incisions, and the bottom portion of your face will be wrapped with medical garments.
