Board-certified physician Dr. Ginger L. Urbaniak specializes in providing comprehensive cosmetic services ranging from laser treatments to injectable fillers and BOTOX at her office in Largo, FL. Additionally, she has undergone extensive training in skin care, including the treatment of acne, skin cancers, and overall skin concerns. Dr. Ginger L. Urbaniak received her medical degree from the highly regarded Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. During this time, she focused her studies on skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, which included performing extensive research on the most deadly form of skin cancer, melanoma. Following the earning of her medical degree, she completed medical training at the prestigious Harvard Medical School, Brigham & Women's, and the Dana Farber Institute in both dermatology and dermatopathology. There, she worked with and trained under many respected leaders in the field. She also published her own research regarding difficult dermatological diagnoses.

After her extensive skin cancer training, Dr. Urbaniak went on to complete her residency at the University of South Florida in the Morton Plant Mease Hospital system. While there, she specialized in non-invasive cosmetic procedures, including laser resurfacing and laser treatments for wrinkles, scars, discoloration, and telangiectasias.

A skilled physician with a wide breadth of skin-related knowledge and expertise, Dr. Ginger Urbaniak puts her years of training to use every day at our office. She oversees every aspect of Urbaniak Plastic Surgery's flourishing Beach Beauty Bar, a unique feature of our practice that optimizes convenience for patients and sets our cosmetic office apart from all others in the Clearwater, FL area. She also oversees the practice's medical spa as well. Leading our team of skilled aestheticians, she performs a range of laser treatments (laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, and vascular lesion therapy, etc.) and skin treatments (microneedling, PRP, dermaplaning, and HydraFacials, etc.). Dr. Urbaniak is also highly trained and skilled with using injectable fillers and relaxers, including Restylane, Juvéderm, Voluma, Radiesse, Belotero, BOTOX, Dysport, and many others.

Some of Dr. Urbaniak's passions, aside from cosmetic care, include mission work and mentoring. During her extensive medical training, Dr. Urbaniak completed mission work in Honduras, where she and a team of experienced personnel traveled throughout the countryside to provide care to those in the most remote areas. Her team was able to reach over 2000 Honduran people and provide them with needed medical assistance.
