Our pleasant 48 year old patient has a history of 200LB weight loss after gastric bypass surgery. This weight loss resulted in significant excess skin circumferentially and diastasis recti. He chose to have a circumferential body lift with gluteal auto augmentation, panniculectomy, tummy tuck with muscle repair and body sculpting liposuction.
