This lovely patient came to us with aging, 18 year old-saline breast implants and wanted them replaced with larger, silicone-gel breast implants. She went from 320cc saline implants to 505cc High Profile Sientra Silicone-Gel breast implants to give her an increase in size & fuller breasts. She is looking stunning in her 3 month, post-op photos!
