If I could give 6 stars I would not only to Dr Urbaniak, but his entire staff including where we had a surgery at the plastic surgery facility. The website states they pride themselves on providing each and every one of their patients with personalized care. That is such a truthful statement. Besides getting top quality care with a difficult surgery, I felt totally comfortable I was in the "best hands" possible. When I walked in the office I was greeted like a family member and even after a 2 year absence, I was greeted the same way. The Dr's and staff take all your cares away and you'll "feel that" while in the office. I've also tried the skin care they offer and I loved it. I'm in my 70's and my skin felt soft, dewey and fine lines vanished. This clinic will take care of you and your well being with the highest regard for your personal care. More
I met with Dr. Ginger and loved her. She's so good at what she does and presents herself and her spa with the utmost respect relative to her procedures and products and respects her staff immensely. I have sensitive skin and if I have a level of stress, I need certain medicines for an outbreak and due to changing offices, she will take care of me. I have had the opportunity to visit Teuta with my series of facials recently and just love her! She so good and her hands are basically magical. I look forward to my next week visit. Excellent at her position at the spa, an asset for Urbaniak. Also, Edie is a great front line staff person as she markets very well for Urbaniak and shares her experiences with the skin products. I had a bilateral upper eye blepharoplasty by Dr. Roderick Urbaniak of Urbaniak Plasic Surgery & Medical Spa. I have seen a handful of plastic surgeons across the country regarding my concerns. Words cannot describe how amazing my experience has been with Dr. Urbaniak. It started with a consultation on various things including my eyelids. From the moment I walked into the building and from the moment Dr. Urbaniak walked through those doors to see me, I knew he was the right doctor to move forward with. He enables a light hearted atmosphere while being honest, detailed and confident in his craft. As a 24 year old male, given the time and outlook in the future, it was vital that I felt safe and comfortable with the plastic surgeon I agreed to take this journey with. From preoperative to postoperative care, Dr. Urbaniak and his staff were always there to listen and answer any questions I may have had. The results of my bilateral upper eye blepharoplasty are incredible. Everything he described has been on point. He did everything he said he was going to do. I am looking forward to future journeys with Dr. Roderick Urbaniak on other areas of concern after exercising plans that we have discussed. I have seen Dr Urbaniak twice. I had laser leg vein treatments. She was very personable and thorough explaining the procedure. I did not feel like she was rushing to get to the next patient . I was very nervous she made me feel at ease. I am currently still getting the vein treatments so my results are not 100%. I do feel they have significantly improved. I bought a groupon to try her out and it was a great deal! I would recommend this doctor she is professional, personable, and get results. Thanks again Tammy More
